Hardworking & Reliable Man with a Van-Available Today! - labor / hauling / moving

Greetings im a hardworking musician(bassist) who has a 15 passenger size (ford e-150) cargo van (with the rear empty) for moves/pickups etc. Unfortunately i don't do any extremely heavy lifting but ok for regular/ light moves, mattresses, couches, chairs, desk, dressers etc but would need help with loading/unloading large items. -i currently don't have an assistant or extra hand but can get one if you need (extra person costs an additional $50/hr)

i do jobs for $80 per hour in Brooklyn, Queens - ($100 per hour in manhattan because of traffic/ parking etc) ..pro-rated by the minute after the first hour so 1.5 hours=$120 etc
